“ This is my third visit to Parker Subaru for Service (usually routine items). This time my issue was more complex - my AC went out (2018 Forester) after about 10 minutes of driving and Parker found the leak and thought it was fixed -the problem persisted and I had to bring it back the next day. They got me right to the front of the service line, gave me a free car to use while mine was in the shop (normally rental is super cheap for the day but that it was included was a nice touch) and didn't charge for more investigation. They didn't *have* to go above and beyond but they definitely did - second fix was the charm, they did everything possible to make my service pleasant and easy to work around. Overall the service is extremely professional, respectful, well run, and spotlessly clean. Great communications, quick follow-up by the service reps, and a comfortable quiet waiting area - . Parker has fantastic staff, a great facility, and an online reservation check-in process. Definitely honoring the respect I have for the Subaru brand. ”

“ Up until I went to Parker Subaru I hated going to car lots, I don't even have anxiety and I just either worry about being turned down cuz I don't make enough or my trade in not being good enough. I thought, they won't want my truck at all because it was in pretty bad shape it had a lot of rust on the body along with dents and having lots of mileage. Surge and Bryan communicated with me to see what I wanted to get into, surge went above and beyond, in my opinion, to make sure that I had the best experience possible and I appreciated it so much. I am a proud Subaru owner and I would definitely recommend anybody to go to Parker Subaru and ask for surge, he will completely change your opinion on car lot horrors. I was never pressured into anything that I knew I didn't want to go over for an amount, he sat and talked with me in order to find out what I wanted to spend and if I wanted used or brand new, he did not try to pressure me into buying anything high-priced or something that was not what I told him I wanted, and that was huge for me!! Surge also went above and beyond to try to get me the best trade in value for my truck, because it was in pretty rough shape. Jason houck also did a great job going over warranties, paperwork, how long the loan was, and everything else that always has me super confused. I would say my favorite part about the whole experience was no question is a dumb question, also their staff feels like you're hanging out and talking with a friend instead of somebody who's trying to sell you a car . ”
